The second issue of the Japanese Tattoo Ladies series, entitled Shisei Youka, published by Keibunsha in 1991. This photo book contains a collection of beautiful color photographs showing unique tattoos of women, highlighting their individuality and the artistry of Japanese tattoo culture.

The book contains an introduction by the famous novelist Akimitsu Takagi, who reflects on the emotional and symbolic aspects of tattoos on women. He describes them as a profound mix of love, resentment, sensuality and transformation, and compares them to "enchanted flowers blooming in the darkness".
