Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.

All items in our webshop are authentic second-hand products. Unless otherwise stated, these are antique items.

Ukiyo-e prints may show signs of age, such as light spots, wrinkles, discolorations or small cracks, depending on past storage conditions. In addition, hand-printed prints may exhibit minor deviations in alignment, color or texture, which is inherent to the artisanal production process.
